SVRN service membership
Commit tokens for explicitly defined noncash service credits, with an activation delay, expiry and fixed withdrawal terms.

What a membership grants
Each tier specifies the token quantity, commitment duration, positive activation delay, finite credit allowance, service identifier and authorized service consumer. No production tier amounts, prices or allocation percentages have been selected.
Production quantities will be reviewed after the canonical SVRN launch, using observed token liquidity, a reviewed price reference and the cost and value of the actual service allowance. A returned token commitment is not a membership fee paid to Serevin. The local example tier is not a launch offer.
Joining verifies the reviewed tier terms and transfers the exact token quantity into custody. The contract snapshots the terms for that membership. Changing a tier or service authority does not retroactively change an existing commitment. One account cannot hold overlapping memberships.
Activation, usage and expiry
Credits become usable at the activation timestamp and stop being usable at expiry. Only the consumer recorded when the member joined can debit the allowance. Usage references cannot be reused, including after withdrawal and rejoining.
The portfolio report consumer is implemented locally. It binds a stored report hash to a member and consumes one credit only after the member redeems a valid service attestation. The connected-services chapter describes preparation, safe-block download checks, private alerts and retention. Production pricing, tier terms, service hosting and attester configuration remain unset.
Withdrawing committed tokens
Tokens cannot be withdrawn before expiry. At expiry the member may withdraw the recorded quantity to a valid recipient. Unused credits expire with no cash payment. There are no emissions, interest payments, automatic fee rebates, slashing or revenue distributions in this module.
The membership risk pause blocks new memberships and permits existing eligible service use and mature withdrawals. The separate report consumer can also be paused, stopping new report redemptions. Recovery suspends normal activity. Both administrators retain the jointly approved power to upgrade or recover held assets, so a membership is not an immutable custody guarantee.
Separate from the original staking vault
The original TokenStakingVault is simple token custody. ServiceMembership is a separate module with a defined lock and finite usage allowance. Joining the original vault does not create membership rights, and no stake automatically earns yield.
The local service desk uses a synthetic tier with generated accounts. Its figures are examples for testing, not a published SVRN offer. The canonical SVRN token is now recorded in the SVRN chapter. Its deployed runtime passed a separate local staking and reserve test; membership quantities, service terms and production activation remain pending.
