Terms of use

Proposed terms for the Serevin interface, with clear limits on its current functionality and the risks of financial use.

Operator, status and scope

These are draft terms for an international audience. The contracting operator, business address, monitored legal contact and effective date have not been finalized. This preview does not collect acceptance of these draft terms.

The current public workspace provides market information, quote comparisons and public-account reads. It does not submit Serevin deposits, loans, trades or token approvals. Serevin’s financial modules are development implementations, and the local demonstrations use test assets. Financial functionality will need its own published release terms before real transactions are enabled.

Availability and eligibility

Access to a website from a country does not establish that every product may lawfully be offered or used there. Financial features, token access and third-party services may be restricted by location, age, legal capacity, sanctions, issuer rules or other applicable requirements.

You must have the authority required for an action you authorize and must not misrepresent your eligibility or bypass applicable restrictions. Reading public information or connecting a wallet does not make every future product available to you. The final launch must define its actual supported jurisdictions and eligibility rules.

Information, quotes and decisions

Serevin information is general product and market information, not a personalized investment, legal or tax recommendation. Estimates, prices and quotes may be incomplete, delayed or incorrect. They do not guarantee execution, liquidity, repayment or a return.

The direct Uniswap search and Route API results are independent observations with separate expiry and assessment data. Route’s original quoted output is distinct from its execution-assessment output. A simulated status is a provider assessment, not a completed trade or an assurance that your account can execute it. The comparison does not guarantee the best price across providers, and no Serevin service or affiliate fee is configured for this read-only integration.

A market balance, portfolio value or reserve calculation is not necessarily the amount immediately available to withdraw. Verify the network, token address, contract, amount, fees, permissions and current conditions before authorizing a financial action. No token-holder reward, income entitlement or appreciation is created merely by viewing this site or holding a token with a matching ticker.

Wallets and authorized actions

You are responsible for protecting your wallet credentials and reviewing actions requested by a wallet or interface. Never disclose a signing private key or seed phrase. Connecting the current interface shares account information; it does not authorize a transfer.

Any future financial transaction must be deliberately authorized through the applicable flow after the relevant terms and risk notice are available for review. An address lookup, site visit or wallet connection is not a blanket release of claims or permission for an administrator to take funds. The preview does not implement contractual acceptance for real-money transactions.

Financial risk and administrative powers

Using a deployed financial module may result in delayed access, partial loss or loss of all assets committed to it. Returns, principal repayment, token value and available liquidity are not guaranteed. Read the separate Risk disclosure and the terms for the specific module.

The current design requires both configured administrators to approve an upgrade, recovery activation and each transfer of held assets, including user deposits, collateral, reserve backing and staked tokens. Either administrator can immediately pause new risk. Exact-call approvals expire and are single-use; there is no execution timelock. Recovery can stop withdrawals, and there is no automatic restitution mechanism.

These statements disclose technical powers and economic risks. They do not establish that an administrator has a lawful entitlement to misappropriate assets, convert deposits into a donation or erase users’ legal claims. Acknowledgement of risk is not automatic forfeiture.

Third-party systems

Wallets, blockchains, RPC services, oracles, token issuers, launchpads and trading venues are separate dependencies. They can impose their own fees, restrictions and terms, and can fail, suspend transfers or provide inaccurate data. A link or logo does not establish endorsement or a guarantee.

Serevin’s Route integration requests information only. An external link opens Route’s homepage without a prefilled transaction; any subsequent wallet connection, quote or trade is handled there under that service’s terms. Recheck token addresses, output, slippage, fees and permissions on the external service. Its quote may differ from the earlier Serevin comparison, and a zero platform fee does not eliminate pool fees, upstream charges or gas.

Serevin cannot promise to reverse a blockchain transaction, redeem an issuer-restricted asset, recover a lost key or withdraw assets locked by an external protocol. Administrative control of a Serevin module does not confer control over other protocols.

Permitted use and service changes

Do not use the service for fraud, deception, unlawful activity, theft of credentials, disruption or unauthorized access. Do not present Serevin branding as proof that another token or service is official. Good-faith reporting of a suspected security issue does not authorize moving another person’s assets.

The interface or a feature may be modified, restricted or suspended for operational, security or legal reasons. Interface availability and access to a blockchain contract are different things. Service changes do not extinguish claims, debts or duties that remain under applicable law.

Availability and warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the interface and information are provided as available, without a warranty of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, fitness for a particular purpose or a guaranteed financial outcome.

No statement on this site establishes deposit insurance, guaranteed reimbursement, an independent contract audit or regulatory approval. Any future claim about coverage, assurance or authorization must identify the actual arrangement and its limits.

Limits of liability and rights preserved

Subject to applicable law and the exceptions below, the proposed terms exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses, including lost opportunities, anticipated profits or business interruption arising from use of the interface or dependence on third-party systems. This clause does not create an arbitrary monetary cap or treat a user’s deposited principal as a service fee.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a right, remedy, obligation or liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited. The limitations do not purport to excuse fraud, wilful misconduct or gross negligence by the operator, or remove responsibility that applicable law preserves.

Acknowledging market or technical risk does not itself decide fault or liability. No worldwide immunity, automatic waiver of all claims, forced arbitration or class-action waiver is asserted by this draft.

Notices, disputes and final terms

The final terms must name the operator and legal contact and define applicable contractual and dispute arrangements subject to mandatory local protections. They are pending review; this draft does not choose a governing law or forum for every user.

Material changes should have a clear version and effective date. Where new acceptance is needed, a versioned affirmative acceptance flow must precede the relevant financial action. A checkbox alone does not determine legal enforceability.
